WP: trump shared with Lavrov secret information

The Washington Post made a statement that the President of the United States Donald trump shared with the Russian foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the meeting at the White house last week, top-secret information on banned terrorist group “Islamic state.”*
The newspaper cited anonymous sources among current and former us officials, who evaluate the nature of information as top secret, but refuse to discuss its contents.
At the request of the edition, trump told Lavrov some information, which “put at risk a critical source of intelligence information on IG”.
This information, according to the Washington Post, was granted to the United States to certain foreign partner in accordance with the agreement on the exchange of intelligence information.
It is argued that the dissemination of this information was severely limited even among high-ranking officials of the United States. When this unnamed partner did not give US permission to share information, the newspaper said.
After the meeting with Lavrov trump White house officials called the CIA and the national security Agency to mitigate potential damage, the newspaper writes.
U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson has denied this information. He stressed that at the meeting of the President of the United States and Lavrov discussed only “the efforts and the threats associated with terrorism.”
