“We have to protect the interests of the horticultural society members primarily in the design of property rights, infrastructure development, inclusion of gardening partnerships in the future map of the city”, — said Ovsyannikov.
The mayor also said that the Commission structure will be approved during the government meeting on 18 may 2017. It will be headed by the work of the Vice-Governor of Sevastopol Ilya Ponomarev, and will be composed of representatives of the government and the Legislative Assembly of the city. “The primary objectives of the Commission are: consideration of property and land disputes, issues of improvement areas and roads, as well as providing gardeners and uninterrupted supply of electricity and water”, — said Ovsyannikov.
Before may 15, Ovsyannikov instructed the government to work on the master plan until, until you have considered all proposals received from citizens to the document. The acting Governor also stressed that “communication with citizens in the course of discussions of the project allowed to organize a significant number of problems affecting the vital interests of citizens”.
