BEIJING, may 15. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the cyber attack on 12 may did not cause significant damage to the Russian institutions, but the overall situation is alarming.

“For us, no significant damage was not, to our institutions – neither to the banking nor to the health system or for others,” – said the head of state, answering questions of journalists.

However, he admitted: “but in General, it (the cyber – comm. TASS) seriously, there is nothing good, it causes concern.”

“As for the source of these threats, in my opinion, the Microsoft executives directly stated this, said that the primary source of this virus are the special services of the United States, Russia has absolutely nothing to do with it. I’m surprised to hear in these circumstances is something else,” – said Putin.
