The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was appointed head of the Secretariat of one of the finalists of the TV show “Command channel” RTR Russia Muslim Batsiev.
“They are experienced and educated young man, speaks several languages, – said Kadyrov in Instagram. – In the short time he has implemented several large projects. I made the decision to appoint him to the post of head of Secretariat the head of the Chechen Republic”.
Initially Baytaziev held the position of first Deputy Minister of youth Affairs of Chechnya.
