The President of Serbia compared released in France, former Prime Minister of Kosovo with a mad dog

BELGRADE, may 13. /Offset. TASS Pavel Bushuev/. Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic called the former Prime Minister of the unrecognized Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, liberated earlier by France, a rabid dog.

“Haradinaj — a dog learns the taste of human meat, which should be punished. We are ready to defend each and everything that we are commanded to defend the Constitution”, — quotes the words of Nikolic, the newspaper “Vesper news”.

Earlier, former Prime Minister of Kosovo Ramush Haradinaj has promised that when he will become Prime Minister of the breakaway Republic, “will capture a third of the territory of Serbia together with the city of Niš” if Serbia does not officially recognize Kosovo. The announcement was made as part of the beginning of the campaign, which is already breaking records for anti-Serb statements.

Earlier, the leader of the unrecognized Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has dismissed the Parliament and called early parliamentary elections for June 11. The dissolution of Parliament was preceded by the decision of MPs to support a vote of no confidence in the government of ISA Mustafa, for the petition of no confidence in the Cabinet voted 78 deputies in the 120-seat Parliament.

The Decision Of France

The court of appeal of the French city of Colmar has previously rejected a request to Serbia for the extradition of Mr. Haradinaj. On 4 January the French police arrested him at the request of Serbia in connection with the allegations of war crimes during the conflict in Kosovo and Metohija in 1998-1999.

The international criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) suspected ex-Premier and one of the former commanders of the “Kosovo Liberation army” in the torture and ill-treatment, violations of the laws or customs of war and demanded to sentence him to 20 years in prison. However, Haradinaj has twice been acquitted; as was noted by the judges, the process “took place in a climate of witness intimidation”.

Ramush Haradinaj served as Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Republic of Kosovo from December 2004 to March 2005. Former Kosovo Prime Minister was detained in 2015 in Ljubljana, but after a few days he was released.

Russia’s Reaction

Russia has expressed concern in connection with the decision of the French court to release the leader of the fighters of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj. The Russian foreign Ministry believe that the blind pandering Velikoivanenko aspirations of Pristina to inflame inter-ethnic tensions and conflict in the Balkans.

“Great Albania” — panelmasta the idea of reunification of all territories inhabited by Albanian ethnic group. In this case, the Albanians claim to part of the territory of Greece, half of Macedonia, Kosovo, part of the territory of southern Serbia, and half of Montenegro.
