The court in Moscow arrested a suspect in the murder of a French citizen because of the apartment
Custody 33-year-old Daniel Alirzaev will stay until July 11.
MOSCOW, may 13. /TASS/. Gagarinsky court of Moscow sanctioned for two months the arrest of 33-year-old Muscovite suspected of murder of the citizen of France. About TASS reported the press service of the court.
“The court satisfied the petition of the investigator about the election in respect of Daniela Alirzaev of a measure of restraint in form of detention for a term until 11 July,” — said in court.
According to the Moscow Department of the Investigative Committee (IC RF), in may 2017, a citizen of France took the decision to sell the apartment owned by him on the street of Builders in Moscow. After a meeting with the prospective purchaser the man was gone and the relationship with relatives and friends did not go.
As a result of complex investigative actions together with employees of criminal investigation was established by a prospective buyer, which may 10, 2017 the meeting took place in the apartment, — the inhabitant of the capital, born in 1984.
During the interrogation, the detainee explained that he strangled the victim during the meeting, after which wanting to cover up the crime, placed the body in a bag, transported to a wooded area on the territory of New Moscow. The motive for the murder was the desire to take possession of the apartment, which sold French.
