The Fund, established who died tragically last year Elizaveta Glinka, will officially change its name and will be called “Fair use Dr. Lisa”, the relevant documents have been submitted to the Ministry of justice, to complete all the necessary procedures in the Fund is calculated in a month, told RIA Novosti on Thursday, a member of the Foundation Board, head of projects to help children of Donbass and Syria Natalya Avilova.

And now our organization will be called “Fair use Dr. Lisa”. She said that now “Fair use” is an international public organisation (MOO); the status will also change, the Fund will operate as an international charitable organization.
The head of the charity Fund “Fair aid”, human rights activist Elizabeth Glinka, known as Dr. Lisa, died 25 December 2016 during the crash of Tu-154 Russian defense Ministry, which was heading to Syria. It was carrying humanitarian cargo, which was mostly medical supplies for the hospital tishrin in Latakia.
