In the city of Noyabrsk, the children climbed onto the ice, which was formed in a big puddle in a vacant lot between two houses.
Local residents had to call the hazmat team — the children were afraid to go on thin ice.
As you can see from the video, the depth of the pools was small — the lifeguard, the water was knee-deep.
