Most roads in the Central Federal district are located in the Kostroma, Tver and Voronezh. This is evidenced by the monitoring data of the project “Road inspection onf/ Map of dead roads,” said RIA Novosti in the Russian popular front (onf).
“In April, we checked out the roads on the territory of the Central Federal district. The best roads were in Belgorod, and in 2015, the worst — in Kostroma, Tver and Voronezh. The situation has certainly changed for the better, but not dramatically,” — said the coordinator of the project, the state Duma Deputy Alexander Vasiliev.
It is noted that in may it is planned to test the roads in the major cities of the northwestern Federal district. In particular, raids will take place in Kaliningrad, Pskov, St. Petersburg, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk. In June, the assessment of the quality of roads will be held in the cities of the Volga region, and from July to September in Siberia, the far East and the Urals.
In July 2016 center of the Russian popular front “national expertise” listed the most dangerous roads of Russia. According to the rating, first place occupied the area South of the highway in Togliatti, the second — 246-th kilometer of highway M-2 “Crimea” in the Tula region. In third position was the 178-th km of highway M-5 “Ural” in the Ryazan region.
