Named possible candidates for the post of the head of the FBI

The American Fox News channel announced the names of five possible candidates for the position of FBI Director, which became vacant on 9 may. CNN, in turn, also placed the short-list of candidates for the post, and to include acting Bureau chief.

In the list released by Fox News, was a former presidential candidate and Governor of new Jersey Chris Christie, ex-head of NYPD’s ray Kelly, a Congressman from South Carolina Trey gowdy, a former Deputy attorney General Kenneth Weinstein, and the former head of the TSA John Pistol.

In turn, CNN published its list of the most probable candidates on a post of the head of the FBI. Besides those already mentioned, Christy, Kelly, gowdy and Pistola, the vacant place can occupy the former new York mayor Rudolph Giuliani and first Deputy of former Director James Comey Andrew McCabe, who is temporarily acting head of the structure.

On may 9 the President of the United States Donald trump fired the FBI Director James Komi Republic on the recommendation of the Minister of justice, attorney General Jeff and Roman sessions. As stated in the letter the former head of the Bureau, he “is not able to effectively lead” the Department. According to the White house, Komi abused their powers, independently closing the case against Hillary Clinton of any unauthorized use of the private e-mail server.
