In Israel died Russian film critic Daniil Dondurei

In Israel, the 69 year of life died Russian film critic Daniil Dondurei. About this on his page in Facebook said his friend, Director Vitaly Mansky.

“It is impossible to pronounce these words… Daniil Dondurei, (Dan) went from us!” — wrote Mansky, explaining that “after two days” he was going to fly to the Dondurei to Israel, where he lived the critic. “Dani may 19, the day of birth”, — said the Director.

According to Mansky, the Dondurei suffered from some sort of disease. “I myself do not believe in reincarnation, but knowing about Danino illness, was ready to believe in anything”, — concluded the Director. What sick film critic, Mansky explained.

Daniil Dondurei, was born in Ulyanovsk in 1948. In St. Petersburg in 1971 he graduated from the faculty of theory and history of art Academy of fine arts, and then, in 1975, completed postgraduate studies at the Institute of sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

Since 1993, the Dondurei headed the editorial Board of the monthly scientific magazine “cinema Art”. The materials he published in such magazines as “Ogonyok”, “Literary review”, “Banner” and “Domestic notes”.

In addition, the Dondurei was the winner of “Literary newspaper” and the magazine “Literary review”. Also critic was part of the Council on human rights under the President of Russia. There he headed the Commission on cultural rights, education and science.
