Recall that in late December the White house expelled from the United States 35 Russian diplomats – employees of the Embassy in Washington and Consulate in San Francisco. In addition, the state Department has blocked the access for the staff of diplomatic missions to the two owned by the Russian government dacha complexes in Maryland and new York.
