In the UK scientists have developed a bandage from a stroke

The use of the patch has allowed to reduce mortality more than two times.

British researchers have developed a bandage that can save lives in stroke, reports The Guardian.

The patch contains trinitrate of glycerol, which lowers blood pressure and dilates blood vessels. Thus it helps to reduce damage in the next few minutes and hours after a stroke.

The experiment showed that the use of the patch has allowed to reduce mortality more than two times.
