MOSCOW, may 6. /TASS/. The capital management of Federal service of execution of punishments (UFSIN) notes the increase in the birth rate children in prison. This was announced by the head of the medical-sanitary part of the UFSIN across Moscow Galina Timchuk.
“Every year the number of children born to women in detention, is increasing. Over the last three or four years — almost half. If earlier in the year were born about 15-16 children, now there are 30 and above,” she said.
Each woman in accordance with the law are taken to the city hospital where they deliver babies, and when you return to the only women’s prison in Moscow SIZO-6 Pechatniki — to provide the necessary living conditions of children, including special diet, the special chamber.
