The settlements have been analysed according to parameters such as cost of living, the level of air pollution, climate, real estate prices. In the top-3 also includes the Scottish Edinburgh and the Austrian Vienna.

On the second place of the rating was the Scottish capital of Edinburgh. Austrian Vienna rounded out the top three. The fourth place is occupied Australian Melbourne, fifth — Zurich (Switzerland).

The top ten list in descending order were also included Copenhagen, Ottawa (Canada), American Boston and Amsterdam. The last position went to another Australian city in the top 10 — Sydney.

In March it became known that experts of the international consulting company Mercer the world’s worst city to live in called the Iraqi capital Baghdad, and the best vein.
