At the moment, free medical drugs can receive only certain categories of beneficiaries.
It is noted that the first project will be launched in the regions, who will volunteer to conduct this experiment.
Experts note that the implementation of this program may require approximately 500 billion per year, which may increase the tax burden on working if the government decides to compensate the funds for the expense deductions to the medical insurance funds.
