Ukraine stole a monument to Mark Bernes

In Chernihiv region of Ukraine stole the monument to Soviet actor Mark Bernes. On Wednesday, may 3, reported on his page in Facebook Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Andrey Lozovoy.

“Nothing is sacred. In Nizhyn in Chernihiv stole… monument to Mark Bernes in the Ducal Park. Who knows, Bernes was born in Nizhyn (…). It was stolen, probably for the metal,” wrote the MP.

Willow turned to the police demanding “step up all efforts to find the monument as quickly as possible, until it was destroyed.”

At the end of March in Central Kiev, vandals sawed off and stole the cane, which is part of the monument to Mikhail Panikovsky — character in the works of Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov “the Golden calf”. Earlier in the same month, unidentified severed horse leg horse statue red commander Nikolay Shchors installed on the street Taras Shevchenko in the Ukrainian capital.

In August of 2016 in the village of Shevchenkove, Cherkasy oblast, the birthplace of the poet Taras Shevchenko, the unknown stole a bronze monument to the classic of Ukrainian literature.
