The document was signed by the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, head of the Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov, Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko and Senator Andrey Klishas.
“The bill proposes to confer legislative (representative) bodies of state power of subjects of Russia the power to listen at its meetings to be submitted by heads of territorial bodies of Federal Executive authorities in the subjects information about the results of activities of relevant territorial bodies of Federal Executive authorities”, — stated in the explanatory Memorandum.
The authors believe thus increase the effectiveness of the system of public administration.
