MOSCOW, 2 may. /TASS/. Moscow urges Ukrainian officials, calling the decision of the international court on provisional measures in connection with the claim of Ukraine against Russia “an undoubted victory” of Kiev, to carefully read the text of the document. This is stated in the commentary of the Russian foreign Ministry.
