The government will allocate nearly 143 million rubles to the victims of the fires in Siberia
EMERCOM of Russia has prepared a draft Directive on the allocation of 143 million roubles from reserve Fund of the government of the country affected by forest fires in Buryatia Republic and Irkutsk region.
The Minister of emergency Ministry Vladimir Puchkov signed a draft order on allocation of budget appropriations in total amount to 142,96 million rubles from the reserve Fund of the government. It follows from the message published on the official website of the Ministry.
As noted in the Ministry, this amount will partially cover the cost of financial support for all activities on liquidation of fires and their consequences that occurred on the territory of the Siberian Federal district. The funds are intended for payment of financial assistance, compensation for lost due to any emergency situation of the property, and will be used for the maintenance of temporary accommodation and food for the victims. The government of Buryatia of the total amount will get more than 38 million rubles, the remaining 105 million rubles it is planned to direct the management of the Irkutsk region.
Each of the victims will be paid one-time financial assistance in the amount of 10 thousand rubles, and compensation for lost property in the amount of 100 thousand Rublevsky Packagea MOE
On Friday, April 28, in the territory of the Siberian Federal district due to high temperatures and wind gusts over 35 m/s increased the fires in the Republic of Buryatia and Irkutsk region, the fire began to move to the settlements, which were destroyed 78 houses. From places of danger were evacuated about 500 people. The press service of the government of the Irkutsk region reported that the region burned down the whole village, which is home to 435 people. As explained in the MOE, of the 88 houses were burned 59.
