On April 24, as reported by TASS, the official representative of the UN Secretary General Stefan Dujarric said that the organization is concerned about the situation in the town of raqqa, where last time as a result of air strikes of the international Alliance killed dozens of civilians. Dujarric stated that the ongoing fighting and air raids “led to an increase in the number of civilian casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, markets and water facilities”.

The tabqa and raqqa held by the extremist grouping “Islamic state” (banned in Russia). The offensive against the terrorists carries out an Arab-Kurdish armed unification of the “Syrian democratic forces” being supported coalition air forces led by the United States.
