Russia is asking the US administration to influence the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk people’s Republic, said Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
He was commenting on Moscow’s actions in connection with the request of the U.S. Secretary Rex Tillerson, recently visited the Russian capital.
