Continued: the Kremlin said Ukraine’s decision about how to disable the LC on electricity
The Russian government has decided to provide uncontrolled Kiev part of the Lugansk region electricity supply. This was announced by the Plenipotentiary of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Donbass Boris Gryzlov. His words on Tuesday, April 25, leads “Interfax”.
Gryzlov noted that such a step Moscow is in connection with “actions of the authorities of Ukraine” and “humanitarian support.”
The envoy stressed that the situation with the power outage in Lugansk “is in a range of other measures, which effectively rejects certain areas of Donbass from Ukraine”.
“I note that for residents of Donbass in the conditions of deliberate economic blockade by Ukraine, there is no possibility to pay for electricity. This question, of course, will be discussed tomorrow at the contact group and its economic sub-group”, — he added.
Assessment Gryzlov, there is growing evidence that Kiev wants to “reintegration of Donbass just words”.
