Putin found a place for fishing

Russian President Vladimir Putin asked about the status of the Volga river near the Caspian sea. It is reported by RIA Novosti.

At the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Russian geographical society one of the speakers spoke about the state of lake Baikal and Volga. “In the Volga Delta cleaner?” — said the head of state.

After a positive response he noted that while there “fishing we shall go.”

In July 2013, Putin successfully fishing on lake Tokpak-Khol in Tuva. Spinning he caught a pike weighing more than 20 kilograms that has bewitched the Internet users. One, reinforcing his point of view photos with its catch suggested that the weight of the presidential fish was manifestly excessive. Others decided that a pike planted on the hook by divers.

“Even the huntsman, who was with Putin, said that such had not seen before”, — stated the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the Russian leader pulled the fish about three minutes. Pike allowed on burgers.

A few days after the story Peskov, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that one day while fishing on the Pripyat river in the Gomel region caught a catfish weighing 57 kilograms.

Vladimir Putin is not alien to hunting and fishing, horseback riding, long walks and nights in the forest.
