The Director-General of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) Ahmet üzümcü will not attend security conference that the defense Ministry is organizing in Moscow on April 26-27. This was announced by Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov.
