Russian defense Ministry restores the network of Arctic airfields, was announced at a meeting of the Board of the Russian defense Ministry, defense Minister, army General Sergei Shoigu.
“Restored network Arctic airfields that will contribute to the development of transport and tourist infrastructure in the Arctic,” Shoigu said.
He stressed that the proposals of the Ministry of defense to improve the military infrastructure of the Earth Franz Josef was approved by the President of Russia in the course of its work March 29 on the island of Alexandra Land.
