Moscow. April 23. INTERFAX.RU — people’s militia self-proclaimed Lugansk people’s Republic confirms the incident with the car of the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Luhansk, which have killed and wounded.
“As a result of incident one person injured, one killed”, — have informed “Interfax” in militia LNR.
The Ministry said that the incident occurred near the village of Prishib.
Blasting a car’s observers occurred at the following two crews of SMM OSCE on the route Slavyanoserbsk – Sokolniki near the village Priscillarenea militia self-proclaimed LNR
Earlier in the OSCE mission in Donbass confirmed the incident with the car in the Luhansk region, did not specify whether the incident the dead and injured.
