The Prosecutor’s office saw in the anti-drug campaign, the humiliation of students

The St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s office has identified the humiliation of human dignity during the campaign “Tell where they sell death”, during which students Sestroretsk Lyceum were lined up against the wall. About it reports “Interfax”.

The Prosecutor’s office said that law enforcement officers violated the law “On police” and article 152.1 of the Civil code of Russia.

Appropriate representations were made in respect of the school’s Director and Deputy head of St. Petersburg interior Ministry.

The campaign “Tell where they sell death” was held on March 28. The students were lined up against the wall, their belongings were sniffing service dog. Photos from the event became an occasion to public Prosecutor’s check.

In March, chief psychiatrist-narcologist of the Ministry of health Yevgeny Bryun said that mandatory drug testing is obligatory for all students of Moscow. Currently, the law on voluntary test students for drugs. For Teens 13-15 years need parental consent, and for 15-17-year — old- self written consent.
