The head of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Leonid Slutsky in an interview with “Izvestia” has confirmed this information.

Mr sebenza with diplomatic rank of Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, since 1983, worked in structures of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the USSR and has held various positions in the Central office and abroad. The Basil Nebesa already worked in the permanent mission at the UN.

In 1988-1990 he worked as an attaché at the USSR Embassy in Thailand.
