Earlier Wednesday, he noted that life expectancy in Russia over the ten year period increased by six years and reached the level of 72 — the highest figure in the entire history of the country. Medvedev also has paid attention of deputies that Russia was able to use sanctions and falling oil prices to their advantage.

Speaking about the upcoming in 2018 presidential elections, the Prime Minister urged to prevent the transformation of political struggle into a war during the campaign.
