The Ministry of industry and trade and the Ministry of transport to discuss new measures to support the production of passenger aircraft Sukhoi Superjet 100. On Tuesday, April 18, writes “Kommersant”.
The Ministry of industry and trade told the newspaper, about the planned delivery of the airline Red Wings to 100 of these aircraft in the period from 2018 to 2022. Ministry officials expect to create on the basis of the carrier, which currently belongs to the leasing company “Ilyushin Finans Ko” (IFK), several airlines for service lines between cities with populations over 200 thousand people.
In parallel, plans are subsidizing the route network and creating a linear service stations in some Russian regions. In the company-the manufacturer of the liner — “Civil planes Dry” — the newspaper reported that the issue is studied. Production capacities allow to produce up to 50 aircraft per year, the plan for 2017 is not less than 30 aircraft. At the moment, according to the newspaper, released 122 of the liner Sukhoi Superjet 100.
A similar project has been announced by Minister of transport Maxim Sokolov in the fall of 2016. Then it was about creating a new airline “azimuth” for inter-regional traffic in the South of Russia.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 is actively promoted to foreign markets, a large buyer is a Mexican Interjet, which ordered 30 aircraft. In addition, it may be concluded a contract to supply more than ten liners in Iran.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ-100) regional jet of a new generation, developed and manufactured “Civil planes Dry” with the participation of Alenia Aermacchi. The basic version of the liner has a range of 3,048 kilometers, and modification of the LR — 4578 kilometers. It is capable of carrying 75 to 95 passengers.
