Scientists from the Massachusetts Institute of technology (USA) gave me a way to force myself to exercise. A study published in the journal Nature Communications, briefly about it, reports Science News.

According to the authors, regular sports contribute to classes in the company of friends. However, this effect is better pronounced for men than for women.

To such conclusions scientists have analyzed the athletic performance more than 1.1 million runners. On average, each of them in five years, ran more than 350 miles. This figure was higher than in a larger company of people committed Jogging.

Earlier American physicians showed that physical activity in midlife may be associated with reduced brain volumes in 20 years. In turn, the Spanish statistics have identified that among the countries-EU members the highest level of physical activity observed in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
