In Perm 76-year-old man was convicted of sexual assault against a high school girl he taught to play chess. On Tuesday, April 18, reported on the website of the regional investigative Department of the investigative Committee of Russia.
The man was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment in a correctional colony of strict regime. Also he was denied the right to engage in teaching and sent to compulsory treatment.
According to the investigation, conducted chess lessons with 11-year-old girl from December 2015 to February 2016. During this time he repeatedly committed against her sexual assault.
Earlier in 2006 a man has been charged with the same crime against another girl of the same age, but the charges were dropped under the Amnesty. This time the court found him guilty of five counts under part 4 of article 132 of the criminal code (“Other actions of sexual character with use of a helpless condition of the victim, committed against a person under the age of fourteen years”).
