Obama and Putin discussed with Erdogan about himatake

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation, according to the Kremlin website.

“Discussed the situation in Syria. Expressed mutual intention to continue joint work to strengthen the cessation of hostilities, a willingness to further facilitate inter-Syrian negotiation process in Astana and in the Geneva format”, – stated in the message.

The leaders also called for the speedy conduct an objective and thorough international investigation of the incident with chemical weapons in the town of Khan Shaykhun on 4 April 2017.

The incident with the use of chemical weapons occurred in the town of Khan shaykhun in the Syrian province of Idlib on 4 April. Killing more than 70 people, more than 500 people were injured.
