RIYADH, April 16. /TASS/. Russia does not want to come up with reasons – such as the alleged use of chemical weapons for the invasion of a sovereign state, as happened in Iraq. This was stated on Saturday to journalists by the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko after a meeting with the Chairman of the Majlis ash-Shura (Consultative Council, the legislative body of Saudi Arabia) Abdullah al-Sheikh.
