Three tractors, Maybach and a billion: the state Duma has issued a Declaration of the deputies
MOSCOW, 14 APR — RIA Novosti. State Duma deputies reported on their income for last year, the most wealthy people’s vote was the United Russia Andrey Palkin, he earned 678,47 million rubles.
The income of speaker of the lower house of Vyacheslav Volodin, who by the end of 2015, became the richest official in the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, fell by 25 million rubles.
The rich and the poor
United Russia became the most wealthy MPs in the standings. Andrey Palkin became the leader: for 2016, he declared an income of 678,47 million rubles, in second place was Nicholas Wrestlers with an income of more than 604 million (in 2015 it earned almost 800 million rubles). The third was Gregory Anikeev income 527,6 million (in 2015 — almost 571,8 million rubles). Comprehensive income Palkina with his wife amounted to more than 1 billion rubles.
On the second place by total income were the Communist Alexander Nekrasov. His income amounted to about 5 million rubles. While his wife earned for the year by nearly 646 million rubles.

Last year’s leader the United Russia party member Leonid Simanovsky, the income of which for the end of 2015 amounted to more than 907 million rubles, in 2016, reported income of slightly more than 377 million rubles.

Volodin in their Declaration for the year 2016 indicated income of 62.1 million rubles. Thus, by the end of 2015 income Volodin, who at that time held the position of first Deputy head of the presidential administration, was 87,1 million rubles.
United Russia Pyotr Tolstoy became the most wealthy among the Vice-speakers of the state Duma, his income amounted to 44,22 million. In second place — the Deputy speaker of the state Duma Olga Epifanova (“a just Russia) — 24,53 million, and the third Deputy Chairman of the state Duma from LPDR Igor Lebedev, who declared 9,93 million rubles.
The leaders of the factions
The leader in revenue among the heads of the four Duma factions became the Chairman of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who last year earned 79,14 million rubles, which is almost 16 times more than in 2015. According to the Declaration, Zhirinovsky owns six residential homes ranging from 107 to 464 square meters, two plots of 17482 square meters and 4455 square metres and swimming pool at 803 meters.
The head of the faction “United Russia” Vladimir Vasilyev stated in the Declaration the income of 5.9 million rubles, in the ownership of the land under individual core construction, owns a small boat and snowmobile.
Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov declared an income of 5.5 million rubles, apartment (167 square meter) and the country (113 square meter) VW Touareg. The Chairman “Fair Russia” Sergey Mironov has earned by the end of 2016 to 4.5 million rubles.
The “stars” and athletes
Hockey player Vyacheslav Fetisov was among the richest members of the athletes, last year he earned more than 108 million rubles. Together with Kobzon in the top three among the “star” members on the level of income in the last year included the Nobel prize winner Zhores Alferov: his income is made up of 21.88 million rubles, and the world’s second female cosmonaut Svetlana Savitskaya and 15.44 million rubles.
Property abroad and transport
According to the declarations, about 20 state Duma deputies have property abroad. Among foreign real estate, which is owned by MPs and their spouses, apartments in Spain, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Switzerland, the house and land in the UK, a farm in Finland and a storage room in the Czech Republic.
Among the declared people’s choices of transport occurs as the domestic auto industry and luxury models of cars, and unusual transport, including cars medical service, specialized crane and sailing vessels. The absolute leader in the number of vehicles became the United Russia party member Vladislav Reznik, to whom belongs by right of ownership of the vehicle 41, including 13 cars and 6 trucks, bowsers and also a motorhome.
The most common among the deputies of the brands of the cars are Mercedes, Porsche Cayenne, Land Rover, Audi, Lexus, BMW and Infinity.
The Deputy from “United Russia” Grigory Anikeev who find themselves in third place in terms of income, among other vehicles owns two vehicles of the medical service, all-terrain Transporter, two fishing boats and a helicopter.
There are number of parliamentarians and fans of the domestic automotive industry.
