MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. The statement of the Secretary of the national security Council and defence of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov that Ukrainian armed forces should move in the Donbass, says the refusal to perform the Minsk agreement. This was stated by Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
