Emma Morano was 116 years.
MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. The oldest woman in the world named Emma Morano died in Italy on 117th year of a life. This was reported by Italian news Agency ANSA, citing Morano family.
Emma Morano was born in 1899 in the municipality of Civiasco in the Piedmont region in Northern Italy. In recent years she lived in her home in Verbania on lake Maggiore in Piedmont.
