The head of the Fund “Dar” Elisha threatened by the court in connection with charges Bulk

The head of the Foundation “Dar” Ilya Eliseev intends to file lawsuits in connection with charges of opposition leader Alexei Navalny, and he founded the Fund of struggle against corruption involvement in corruption. This Yeliseyev said in an interview with “Kommersant”.

“And authors and all the spreaders of tales about how we “work” in the interests of the public and politicians will have to answer by law. This is the only proper and civilized way to protect reputation. We intend to address in court with claims about protection of business reputation to the primary sources and a number of media, spreading false information about “the Gift” and his companies, although I understand that this may contribute to the political promotion of individual characters,” said Elisha.

He explained that the Fund “Dar” is a non-profit organization and implements “projects in the interests of society and the state.” The Foundation exists for more than ten years, and none of the officials had nothing to do with its creation, said Elisha.

He also told me that one of the key priorities of the nonprofit structure — the restoration of historic buildings of cultural and historical value.

Earlier in Lublin district court of Moscow received a claim by billionaire Alisher Usmanov to the Bulk and the FCO. The businessman took this decision in connection with the publications discrediting honour and dignity and slander published in “investigations”.

The FBK materials on charitable and non-profit funds, allegedly affiliated with the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, stated that the classmate Medvedev Elisha and the associated sotsgosproyekt Foundation received from Usmanov in the donation agreement, the land plot with a house in the village of Znamenskoye on Rublevsky highway cost five billion rubles. The businessman denied the allegations.

In turn, Medvedev said allegedly collected enough dirt on him “nonsense and some papers”.
