NASA reported the conditions for the existence of life on Saturn’s moon

Moscow. April 13. INTERFAX.RU — NASA Scientists said on Thursday about the discovery on Saturn’s moon Enceladus signs of the presence of suitable life conditions.

To such conclusion experts have come, based on the data on sub-ice ocean of Enceladus, transmitted by the NASA probe Cassini.

According to experts, the data indicate that under ice, the satellite undergo the chemical reactions necessary to sustain microbial life.

Scientists remind us that the probe is previously recorded on Enceladus, the presence of hydrogen. They believe that it was formed during hydrothermal reactions at the bottom of the ocean. In their opinion, information received indicates the possibility of formation on Saturn’s methane. In turn, its presence makes possible the existence of microbes in the water.

The researchers note that the fact that the possibility of life on Enceladus — an important discovery given that it is at a very great distance from the Sun.
