Putin’s meeting with Tillerson and Lavrov in the Kremlin took place the day before. Following the talks, Secretary of state of the United States made a statement that Moscow and Washington must do everything to stop the degradation of the bilateral relations. Lavrov agreed with his American counterpart, adding that “to overcome the barriers, efforts are needed”.
