Detention in the Saratov opposition leader Vyacheslav Maltsev is connected with investigation of criminal case about the use of violence against a representative of authorities during an unsanctioned rally in Moscow on March 26. “Maltsev arrested in a criminal case, which was filed under part 2 of article 318 of the criminal code (“violence against a representative of power”) after the unsanctioned rally on 26 March on Tverskaya street in Moscow”, — said the Agency interlocutor, noting that it is in connection with the investigation of this case in the apartment Maltsev was raided.
