The Prosecutor General’s office of Germany has issued a warrant for the arrest of the Iraqi citizen, detained in connection with explosions in Dortmund, with evidence of his involvement in the explosion, according to the statement of the press service of the Ministry, on Thursday, received by RIA Novosti.
