The plans of the city authorities — 37 recovery of historical pavilions, 17 fountains, the construction of the farmer’s market, equestrian arena, 15 modern buildings in an abandoned outbuildings, the opening of 11 new museums, planting more than 1.8 thousands of trees and shrubs. Also will be cleaned four ponds, and carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of engineering communications.

In the southern part of ENEA plans to create high-tech amusement Park with Europe’s largest 140-foot Ferris wheel. It is noted that now the Central Avenue is the replacement of 120 kilometres of engineering communications.
