In the state Duma introduced a bill banning the use of social networks during working hours
MOSCOW, 10 APR — RIA Novosti. The bill, which proposes to allow the employer to amend the employment contract the prohibition of or restrictions on the use of social media in the workplace, introduced by state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov, from the electronic database of the lower house of Parliament.
Relevant amendments proposed to the Labour code of the Russian Federation.
Article 57 of the code is proposed to add a provision that in the content of the employment contract is determined by the restriction or total prohibition of use of social networks during working hours.
