MOSCOW, April 9. /TASS/. At least two citizens of Belarus suffered as a result of collision of trains in the West of Moscow. This was announced by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic.

“According to preliminary data, among victims in a railway accident two citizens of Belarus”, — reported the Ministry on its official page on the micro-blogging network Twitter.

8 APR at 22:16 GMT on the stretch between stations Kuntsevo and Fili the driver of the commuter train on the Moscow — Usovo in order to prevent hitting a person applied the emergency brake, which had disrupted normal operation of the braking system of the train.

It was followed by a passenger train Moscow — Brest, the driver of which is also an emergency halt, but the distance was insufficient, the collision could not be avoided.

As a result, derailed four cars of the train and the section of the locomotive of the passenger train, was suspended movement in two ways. Early on the morning of April 9, it was restored.

According to the Railways, only for medical assistance 50 people. According to the doctors, now the doctors prescribed seven victims, in hospitals there are five people.
