The collapse of the veneer walls of the house on the prospect of Solidarity in St. Petersburg occurred due to poorly performed construction works. This was “Fontanka” said in the urban Chapter of the Ministry of emergency situations.
Rescuers said that the apartment in this house, drilled the wall and into the hole between the two slabs poured foam. It swelled and forced a veneer, which fell on a parked under the Windows of the car. “The owner [of the apartment] will work”, — said Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Nikolai Bondarenko, reports “Interfax”.
The emergency was also examined by the experts of Regardie. They came to the conclusion that the collapse was not caused by the action of an explosive device.
In the afternoon of 6 April, it was reported about the explosion in the house on the prospect of Solidarity. Eyewitnesses said that they heard one or more bangs. Judging by the photos from social networks, there was a fire, but reviews for this reason the authorities did not give.
As a result of incident nobody has suffered.
