St. Petersburg has created a petition to restore the good name of Ilyas Nikitin, pictures of which media published in connection with allegations of involvement in the terrorist attack in the subway of St. Petersburg. Corresponding address was posted on the website change.org.
“We need to restore the good name of the person to situations like at the airport Vnukovo, do not occur any longer.
