Bomb defused in an apartment house St. Petersburg

In a residential building on Friendly Avenue St. Petersburg found and defused an explosive device. On Thursday, April 6, reports TASS with reference to the head of administration of the Nevsky district Konstantin Serov city.

“Given the command to populate people, up to the seventh floor everything is neutralized,” said Serov, noting that in the eighth and ninth floors, the investigators still working.

“Fontanka” notes that the cordon around the house partially lifted. Before the publication reported that residents of the home were evacuated, and three people were put in handcuffs.

According to locals, around five in the morning the people heard the noise of breaking a door on the eighth floor (the room entrance is not specified). After that the police began around the apartment with a request to leave the building. People are placed in a nearby kindergarten. Residents say that law enforcement officers initially broke down the door to the apartment which was removed to the newcomers from Central Asia.
