The U.S. Supreme court refused to consider the case of Victor bout

WASHINGTON, APR 3 — RIA Novosti, Alexei Bogdanovsky. The U.S. Supreme court refused to review the case of Russian citizen Viktor bout, convicted in the United States to 25 years in prison on a number of articles, according to court documents.

The bout case is listed in the list of cases in which the recovery of production the lower court denied. Reasons for its decision, the court failed.

The U.S. Supreme court has previously registered an appeal filed on behalf of the booth. The petition was assigned the number in the list of cases for trial, which is formal confirmation that the court has started consideration of the case.
